In most cases very little focus is put on the use of mentoring or coaching as a way of developing the skills people need.

We have an internal crieteria and interview process, but as an initial guide you should note; To become a Success Mentor with us you have to:

* Be an entrepreneur or professional with minimum of 3-5 years experience

* Be willing to offer up to 1 day of consultancy a month (phone or physical)

* Be charismatic able to motivate and inspire clients

We are currently looking for a number of Success Mentors in the following areas:

* Life/Personal Coaching

What’s in it for our Mentors

Our Success Mentors can build a client base from inital enquiry to support for months or even years, and can do so without having to be full-time with us.

To start (for a period of training and induction max 3 months) Success Mentors (who are treated as consultants) are unpaid but get lots of experience to enable them to ‘work on their own’.

Once they have passed the necessary training and gain the BMB Success Mentors Certification they are paid for consultancy and mini-sessions according to our current pay schedule.

It is important that Mentors know, mentoring is not just an opportunity to pitch your services, however as a Success Mentor, you will enjoy the following benefits:

* Be paid for all physical consultancy up to £80 per hour

* Be paid for all phone consultancy up to £30 per hour

* Commission on any upsells you secure from the unpad Success Mentor calls you do.

* Promotional opportunities (within our guidelines)
