Hi there,

My Husband Simon and I are dedicated to our goal to help 5,000 families to become successful and leave a great legacy.

It's a tall order (as it's not about just speaking to this number of people, because I have done this many times over).

But to actually properly and intensively develop and work with every member of 5,000 families to really make a difference and lead to their financial stability and ultimately them affecting the world; now that's a legacy!

As part of this we've decided to seriously dedicate some time into developing those who have no other way of success than if someone 'gave them a break'.

I grew up in a very difficult situation, after being abused and living the majority of my teens in a several children's homes, i know first hand how life's difficulties can affect your chances of success.

However, I am both lucky and blessed to have become so successful over the years, IN SPITE OF my past experiences. My life now really is a far cry from my broken childhood.

Considering the fact that I was never educated in a university, and my highest level of education is a Supervisory Management Certificate (preceeded by just 3 GCSE's), I think I have done pretty well!

But I needed someone to give me a chance, and so we are really honoured to encounter people who need a leg up, and when we can help them to do so, it is all the more a blessing.

Remember we cannot possibly accept everyone, but we will assess everyone individually and come back to you as soon possible so you don't have to waste any more of your life waiting for your break.

Q. What is a Scholarship?
Ans. A scholarship is an award of financial aid for a student to further education. Scholarships are awarded on various criteria usually reflecting the values and purposes of the donor or founder of the award.

Our Scholarship Programme

So how our scholarship programme works is; we offer financial aid for a student to participate as a fully paying student on one of our programmes.

In exchange, they are able to offer their own existing skills part-time throughout the time of the programme they are on or for a period of six months (whichever is longer).

We call this "Skills-Exchange".

Scholarship students are not always required to conduct their skills-exchange at our premises in London, often they can do their part from home. But when necessary they join forces with our team physically at our Head Office, and they also have to do this during training.

Although we offer some training, must possess the initial/base skills required to conduct the skills-exchange; e.g.: we won't put someone through driving lessons to become a part of the Transport Team, or we will be unable to teach someone web-design in order to conduct web design in that team.

The benefits of scholarship

Ok, firstly there is the obvious benefit of financial aid to go on the programme/course you desire. With eligible programmes starting from £500 to £8,000, it's a big help if you qualify for scholarship.

Secondly, as a student on skills-exchange, you will not only be able to attend/participate fully as a student on the course you select, you will also be able to get a unique look at the internal workings and running of Marsha's numerous companies, projects and ventures; and get an interesting insight into what makes the boss 'tick'.

We hope, with this insight, you will learn some of the skills you will need to move into your own successes in life.

What we're looking for?

Here's a brief of the present Skills-Exchanges we looking to award scholarships for:

• Web design, SEO, Pay-Per-Click, Campaign Management
  This includes helping up keep our websites up to date, assisting in our online marketing campaigns, pay-per-click campaigns and SEO strategy.

• Social Networking
  You'll help us communicate with our clients and worldwide audiences via social media and social networking sites. This is SUPER fun and rewarding. This includes helping us manage and communicate through; You Tube, Twitter, Facebook, Stumble Upon, My Space, Business Giants, Linked In, Ecademy and more.

• Editors
  We produce lots of online TV programmes, video recorded courses and training and online content, so we need help with both the post and pre-production of these programmes.
  
  This includes setting up for recordings in our studio (Wembley, London), filming, and post-production editing of the programmes. If you are good at all three GREAT, If you are skilled in only one area, say filming for example, then still apply.
  
  Once the programmes are produced, we have to share it with the world, so we also need help with content distribution on various media networks, on our own sites, to the media and clients.

• PR and Marketing
  This involves communicating with the press on all levels, plus a lot of liaising with new and existing contacts in the media.
  
  Other activities in this department include press releases, proof-reading, content generation (e.g.: articles), lisising with event organisers and assisting with specific marketing campaigns.
  
  We are also looking for some people to attend industry events and promote us 'on the ground' level. This is usually as simple as collecting business cards and handing some to the right people. You just need to tell us who you met and we'll take care of what happens after that.
  
  We want the world to know what we do, so that we can help the very world we live in, that's the job of the PR department.

• Copy Writing
  Most of our written communications take the form of emails and web content to both potential and existing clients. As a copy-writer on our team, you'll be responisble for creating imagninative, thought provoking written copy as well as contributing to a number of our e-mail auto-responder series'.
  
  We're looking preferably for people who have had some experience writing professionally, whether in an journalism or PR context. If you have the skills to put your message accross on paper, you may be just who we're looking for.

• Events
  We are doing more events now than ever before, as a result we are dedicating special attention to increasing our events team. This includes promoting events through partners, online, phone campaigns and more.
  
  You'll also be able to be involved in the events held by The Business Giants Network.
  
  So if you are passionate about events, you could be helping with both events we host and events that Marsha and the other experts in the group speak at.

• Administration Support
  With hundreds of emails every day, and lots of activities to do including organising interviews, co-ordinating events, liaising with oteher experts and joint venrutre partners - we sometimes need a little more administrative support. If you're an administration wiz, then this could be for you.

• Travelling Support
  With Marsha's frenetic schedule (and refusal to get a driving license), it's essential to have travelling buddies (otherwise known as entourage) to help her prepare for and take care of the details and logistics when she's on the road in the UK and abroad.
  
  As a result we are looking for a new and trustworthy driver to accompany Marsha to UK events (of course we will cover the cost of petrol and any accomodation).
  
  On average there are about 4-6 events monthly that Marsha needs accompaniment on; it's hard to offer info on times as the schedule changes so much.
  
  Basic Criteria: You need to be presentable, bubbly, positive, a great time-keeper, and have a presentable and good running car with a clean interior, decent boot-size and are wanting to be close to Marsha behind the scenes, this may be for you.
  
  Additional activities may be to assist with driving for other experts and visiting speakers
